We represent 20 years of expertise in the precision machining industry in the Silicon Valley. We are here to serve your business needs with strength and efficiency. Today Precision Performance Technology Inc. (PPT) has evolved into a sophisticated contract machining firm, specializing in the close-tolerance precision parts required by the medical, telecommunications, semiconductor, aerospace, and military industries.

Our flexibility of operations will allow us to better accommodate your prototype, pre-production, and production needs. We also specialize in fixture design and manufacturing. Together we have experience with all types of ferrous, non-ferrous materials, and all plastics.

Precision Performance Technology (PPT) maintains the latest versions of CAD/CAM programming which will substantially reduce programming time and allows us to bid competitively to you by using your current files. We also have Extreme DNC, allowing us to simultaneously communicate to all of our CNC machines. We can support your programming through our Solid Works CAD system and AutoCad. We can support the build through SurfCAM, MasterCam, and GP/Win.

Our Inspection department is updated with the latest equipment for full inspection instead of you having to do it. We offer first articles and Certificates of Conformance for all materials and outside processing upon request. We also do first piece and in-process inspection on every job. Our Quality management system is compliant with ISO 9001:2000 and MIL-I-45208A specification.
